Our Welcoming Entry
Okay, so after blogging about it every. single. day for all of October, I promised not to post about our entry for a while. And then I promised to show better photos than the ones I took late at night on ‘reveal day’. So, after a week of not posting about it, I figured this might be a reasonable time to show the photos I took during the day. :)
Perfect it is not, but it feels like a warm welcome when I walk though our front door and into this space.
I also tallied up the receipts that I found in my purse and realized that I’d spent about $70 on transforming this space. I just thought I’d share that, because before I started, I wouldn’t have thought I’d be able to do it with that small of a budget.
I think it looks great !! I looovveee your newpaper wallpaper, how cool ! And all for 70 bucks a job well done, keep up the good work, xoxo Cheryl
Wow! $70?? That’s awesome! Great job! It’s beautiful.
It looks nice and warm and fresh. And $70 – good for you!
I think my fave part is the blue dresser/table. If I ever visit your place I may attempt to steal it. You’re lucky I don’t have a car ;)
This is absolutely adorable. I particularly love the red accents, even down to the book spines.
Well, this is fresh to me so I’m not sick of it! :) Love it. The colours are so fresh and clean. I love the mix of different things.
I love the eclectic nature and the uniqueness of it! Very creative. Great job!
I agree with Kristy, I like how eclectic this space feels. My eyes are drawn to so many different things and I like that : )
I LOVE the way it turned out! Especially the bench, and, like Jessica, I love the red accents. Great job!
I love the way your entry turned out! The newsprint on the wall looks so good, and I think the bench is just perfect.
Blessings,
Marcia
