I was born and raised in The Netherlands and now live with my British better half in the beautiful Niagara Peninsula in Ontario, Canada. Ben was born in Israel, grew up in England and France and then came to Holland where we met, fell in love and were married. We moved to Niagara Falls, Canada in 2004. My hardworking man is now the co-owner of an independent video game store The Basement in Niagara Falls that opened its door a in October 2011.

Dutch.British.Love is a lifestyle blog with an emphasis on interiors. I love to write about creative home decor and to share ideas for expressing your personal story & style in your home.

I am 29 but still get mistaken for a high-school student at times. My time is taken up by looking after our house, yellow lab Halo, cats Kitty & Cider, and Ben, as well as being a Starbucks barista, working toward my interior decorating certification, DIY projects & crafts.

My dream is to create beautiful, inspiring spaces that will nurture the souls and dreams of those who live in them.

I believe in living a beautiful life whether you budget is small or large, so I try to share that through sharing inspirational photos, handmade home decor, recipes, DIY projects and more. It’s not your bank account, it’s your mindset.
